什麽是高低溫箱?

　　高低溫試驗由于其模擬人工環境的高溫、高濕自然條件下的環境，而在實際生産當中得到廣泛運用。實際生産如果對材料或者産品進行相關檢測或者是腐蝕性試驗，在人工的條件下，最起碼要等上1~3年甚至更長。而高低溫箱的出現大大加快了人們檢測相關産品性能的時間，而高溫箱類似于烤箱性質，在高溫箱把溫度加到超過常溫以上。然而，高低溫箱能否高溫箱呢?

　　高低溫箱所要具备的条件，高低溫試驗箱需要提供：

　　1、做試驗需要的溫度範圍(購買試驗箱的時候不少人都要比試驗所需要的溫度大一點的範圍，預留以後有不同溫度範圍)

　　2、試驗樣件的重量是多少，需要放幾層

　　3、工作室的尺寸(標准上講最好比你試驗的東西大1/3)

高低溫箱

　　4、控制器配置是否要求編程儀表或普通儀表

　　5、檢測方面你們可要求在你們當地或者生産方所在地的國家認可的質量檢測機構進行檢測計量

　　6、至于價格方面需要你們通過和生産廠家的交流來確定

　　7、高低溫試驗箱的高溫一般上限在150℃，如果試驗的溫度低于它就可以，反之則不能代替。

　　綜上所述，高低溫試驗箱在实际生产中难以达到高温箱试验的温度，所以高低溫試驗箱是不能当作高温箱来使用的。
